We package and ship your order as soon as possible - usually within 1-3 business days. For our customised products, please note that the processing time lasts up to 7 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Our shipping partner will provide you with the tracking number of your package.

You can also choose the „Local Pickup“ option at checkout. For additional help with local pickup, please contact us per e-mail.

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and are calculated during the check-out process. 

Taxes and duties may apply.  Customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees.  International transit times may vary due to delays presented at customs. 

EU delivery time can take anywhere from 4-14 business days depending on your location.

US delivery typically take from 2-3 weeks to arrive depending on your location.

Canada, Australia, New Zealand, rest of the world - orders processed typically take 3-4 weeks to arrive depending on your location.

When a product shows factory defects or if we shipped the wrong item, we will pay for the shipping costs in the form of a refund. In all other cases you will have to pay for the shipping costs of the returned good(s).
